The room was clean when we arrived. Unfortunately, the system was unorganized. We asked for room cleaning in the AM and was not completed when we got back to the room in the PM. We had to step out when cleaning team finally knocked on the door, came back the room, the sheets/pillow cases were not changed. They just made the bed. Hopefully, this cocern could be improved in the nearly future.

The hotel is fine but the beds are small. My toes were off the mattress and I not super tall. I also didn’t love that I had to pay over $300 of some NY tax that I wasn’t previously aware of
