Great, friendly staff and cleanliness during our 6 night stay. Located pretty close to multiple subway and bus stations. Multiple fast food/restaurants nearby. The building closes its doors at 11pm daily for safety with key access for guests.

Gross, bathroom door was broken so no privacy. Bed sheets looked like they were not changed but folded again. And there was hair on our bed sheets. Just looked used and would not stay again

10/10 stay. Friendly staff, clean room and great value for the price. Me and my partner were pleasantly surprised at check-in. We loved the foam rollers in the room - great added bonus after a long day of walking around the city. Will definitely be staying here again when we are back in the spring!

Room was good for its price, had all the basic amenities. Though ice and water machine didn’t seem to work. And housekeeping didn’t knock before barging in and asking if we needed cleaning… Otherwise perfectly fine on a budget :)

I didn't feel welcome when I checked into the hotel. While other guests were offered complimentary drinks, snacks, and information about the hotel’s amenities, I didn’t receive the same treatment. I believe all guests should be welcomed with the same level of respect and care, not just some.

The location was perfect as you have access to multiple trains to get into the city. Rooms were great and the bed was amazing. Bathroom is a little outdated but I would stay here again for another trip
