I didn’t stay there because they canceled my room. Got there around 10am due to flight plans, they wouldn’t allow us to check in because room wasn’t ready…so I dropped off my bags and went out to explore the city since they said it would be a around 3 for check in time. At 3:25 I received an email saying that my room had been cancelled. I immediately called and they proceeded to tell me because I didn’t check in by 3 room, my room got cancelled and they were fully booked so they couldn’t book another room for me.

Excellent, didn’t rate the food because I didn’t try it. Hopefully I will next time. I must reiterate that having stayed at Best Western Gregory Hotel twice this year because that was the closest one to my doctor. I will always stay at this hotel moving forward. Gregory Hotel guests, come see how the other half lives. It’s unbelievable.
