Room was clean and tidy/ fine but There was no hair dryer in the room and no hand/hair/face towels. Just 2 bath towels. after the phone to the front desk didn’t work, my husband made a trip to the lobby to request these things but front desk told him we had a dryer (they were wrong) and they’d get more towels sent up. I found a workman to get me a hairdryer from another room and the additional towels never arrived. Also Light on other amenities such as.. no trash can in the bathroom, no face wipes or wash or soap … just dove hand and body wash in the big containers.

I stayed at this property recently and had one simple request: a shower cap. I called down to the front desk, no response. I went downstairs myself and asked directly. The staff member assured me one would be sent up to my room. I even said I’d wait right there, but they insisted it would be delivered. Two hours later, still nothing. No knock on the door, no phone call, no follow-up. Not even a courtesy “we don’t have one” or “sorry, we forgot.” Just silence. It’s a small item, but the lack of basic communication was frustrating. A shower cap isn’t about luxury, it’s about convenience, and instead I ended up having to mess up my hair because the request was ignored. A simple acknowledgment would have gone a long way.

We love staying here and we do whenever we are in Brooklyn. I wish the pet fee was a little less, but other than that it is a nice place to stay.
