The waiters for the restaurant were very rude. I also asked for my room to be cleaned when I left the room at 12. When I came back after 4, nothing was done. The cleaner eventually came but she also came with a slight attitude. Waiting for her made me late to my dinner. The check in and check out process was nice.

our flight was cancelled, and we finally arrived 10 hours after we planned to check in. our exact room was not available at that time, but they gave us a nice room. and very quickly after, rectified the reservation wtih the correct room. the beds and pillows were very comfortable!!

Nice hotel - No complaints

I enjoyed my stay. My room was a good size w/ a king size bed. The bed was super comfortable. The furniture was dated and had minor scratches and stuff marks. But this was not a deal breaker. I've made reservations to stay here again and would recommend the hotel to friends and family

Decent stay

It was okay however there was a lot of mis information regarding the breakfast and the valet services. My room smelled as if an animal was there which was a huge downer. We were close to all the stores and decent food.
