We where very disappointed not being able to have breakfast at this hotel, and not providing a coffee station or k-cups to us at rooms ovipositor coffee maker. Otherwise Room was fine and the view was a blank wall etc. for the price for two nights!

good choice. small annoyances: painted hall created strong orders. the pillows so flat you needed two. over all, very clean no bugs...

Room not a Hilton Normal Room

Pros: The decor throughout the hotel was beautiful.
Cons: Increase size of TV, Clean Room and reorganize to match the hotel standards.
Location: Staten Island was just a stopping point to get to New York City.
Was very disappointed in two things. 1.) Room Condition 2.) Breakfast I have stayed in many Hilton hotels and this was the worst room I have ever stayed. Hilton has always had a good reputation but this time they missed the mark. The room was not cleaned properly. There was hair in the shower and dirt on the floor. The picture in the bathroom was wilted and looked bad. The TV was a joke as it was so far away from the bed that it was very very hard to see. The room was not well organized like other rooms I have stayed. The paint was not well maintained on the door jams. The Breakfast was not worth the 14.95 charged. There was nothing special about this breakfast except for the presentation. Overpriced food for nothing special.
