"The staff were wonderful and very helpful with any questions we had about the area. Every person who works there was very kind and friendly. The room was very clean but our window was so dirty you could hardly see out. Throw rugs in an ADA room can be a hazard. The advertised lounge was not open either day (evenings) we were there. Secure parking was great but the mechanism was nearly falling off the post. Overall, our stay was good and the potential for Trumbull to be better is definitely possible with a few fixes!"

"Decent for the price. Room had a nice bed, fridge and microwave. But the room had a desk but no desk chair - hard to use it without a chair. Terrible waste of space. And, on a scale of 1 to 10 on friendliness, the place gets a 2. That starts with the unfriendly manager. If it was my hotel, I ‘d clean house on desk staff and get people who smile and act like they care about customers."
