There was a light out in the vanity area, the room was dusty. The bed frame had a bunch of wear and scuff marks. Tape on the floor of the entrance of the room. Overall it was just ok. I don’t think I would stay here again.

"I’m a Sailor for the Navy and had Duty in Selfridge Air National Guard base . The lobby was clean but when you got to the stairs there was dirt on the stairs . But more importantly I stayed one night , and got bit by Bed Bugs on my arms, legs, and back , had to go to Urgent Care to get a steroid shot , and after the doctor at the Urgent Care told me to report the incident to the Michigan Board of Health . Which I’m going to do . La Quinta wouldn’t give me another room because they told me that the hotel was full. I only stayed two night the first night I got bit , the second I asked for another room but they told me that didn’t have any, So the second night I stayed in my room with my clothes on in the bathroom . I asked for a refund showing my bug bits but didn’t get none and had to pay for two nights . I asked for assistance but the desk wouldn’t help me or refund my money . Don’t go here unless you want to go to the hospital or urgent care the next day ! "

We booked because the hotel advised that it offered bellnan service we are both physically challenged my husband more so handicapped- He felt and injured himself trying to pull his suitcase inside. If it wasn't fir the Uber guy assisting us it would have been bear impossible for me injured to get him up. I usually respect the Westin/ Marriott brand so I am hopeful the management would seek to uphold the brand."
