The stay was ok, but we had to wait 2 hours after check in because our room wasn't cleaned. The lazy river has drains on the bottom that stick upward and when you stub your toes on them it feels like they are ripping your toes off. The little people slides were extremely cold water, not bearable for most. The lazy river was overcrowded with tubes for the slides. The concrete is very slippery. Broke my tailbone when I slipped down the stairs. There should definitely be no slip mats. 150 to swim for 3 people after paying for the room is ridiculous. Will never visit again

Really nice staff

Staff is incredibly friendly and go out of their way to accommodate. Kids had a blast, price was fair and cheaper in hotels.com. Definitely a good stay.

When looking up water park hotels this showed up , all other water park hotels ive stayed at water park was included with stay . Anyone not wanting a water oark could/would book a regular hotel. I found out after a very long drive that ,that was not the case here. Tickets had to be bought separately if wanting the water park . While checking in there was others dealing with same situation as they to thought price was included in stay . I was not happy as that was an aditional 140 dollars that wasnt in our budget for the trip . That trip was for my grandsons birthday though so had no choice but to pay the extra cost .

My wife and I, seasoned travelers with extensive experience visiting various water parks, were thoroughly impressed with our recent stay. This water park resort exceeds expectations, rivaling its larger counterparts. The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and accommodation, despite being slightly understaffed. Our room was immaculately clean, and the water park facilities were pristine, warm, and ideal for families with children. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to our next visit."
