Checkin surprised us with a $50 hold surcharge, had to add funds to card to cover it - & rm still got charged to backup!! There were no cups in bathroom or for coffee maker. Housecleaning left a cup of some foul looking liquid in microwave. Breakfast was just ok - need to add proteins.

The rim was great we loved the the bed is really comfortable. The only thing that me and my wife just liked about the room was the toilet was too close to the ground making it hard for us to use the restroom due to afternoon bend over so far.
