When we arrived we saw undated signs about a water disruption and active boil order on the door, so they recommended bottled water for drinking and brushing teeth but provided none. When we asked the desk staff about it, they said it was lifted and the signs should have been taken down, which was inaccurate and dangerous information since the boil order was still in effect. In the morning there was no hot water and no coffee or juice in the breakfast area. In addition, the doors to outside were also propped open with signs asking not to do that since it was against fire code, and the room was poorly maintained although reasonably clean. When we chose to check out early after one day of our three day stay, we found out that the boil order remained in effect so the night staff had misinformed us and the hotels water system was damaged by the disruption leading to no hot water. The hotel had already charged our credit card for the entire stay and denied our request for a refund made with the assistance of Travelocity staff of the remaining unused two days of our stay, even though they had unsafe conditions with inadequate accommodation for their guests and poorly informed night staff. We will never stay here again even though we had stayed before and found the hotel acceptable in the past.
