No blankets for our room. Front counter said they did not have any extras. No clean towels. No milk at breakfast. No coffee at breakfast. No butter for waffles. Two ice machines - both broken. Clerk at front counter told me to go next door if I want ice. TV was static and three channels for unexplained reasons had no sound. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was one of the worse hotels I ever stayed at.

Very very bad
When we got in, the person at the desk was very unprofessional, didn’t even check to see if I had a reservation before saying I couldn’t check in. He didn’t give us any direction, just gave us the key and sat back down and we had to go searching for the room. Upon going in the room, it was disgusting. Stains on the floor. Hair in the shower and dirty floors. Couldn’t find the tv remote anywhere. Looked under the bed, there was food on the floor and socks. Tv channels were all static.

Worst hotel ever.
First room we got in, the lights didnt work in the bathroom and there were no blankets or pillows on the bed, and the refrigerator disgusting. It also smells terrible in the rooms. We got put in a new room. The new room the bathroom faucet moves all over, not tightened down to the sink. Theres mold on the bath tub also when you shower it takes an hour to drain and you will be standing in 6" of water while showering. The blankets are like hospital blankets and have cigaret burn holes in them. There were dead cockroaches on the floor. And a dirty sock that was left over from who knows. The other thing was the same night we checked in we left from 7pm-11pm and when we came back someone had been in our room, they unmade our bed and moved boots from one side of the room to the other. When we asked the front desk they said it was house keeping. Which makes no sense and have no idea why they lifted up the blanket and pulled it back and left it.

DO NOT STAY HERE. THE BUILDING AND STAFF ARE BAD.
If I could give this ZERO stars I would. They overbooked and put us in a room with not only a SINGLE bed but NO POWER OR LIGHTS. Then the front desk employees were literally less than useless. The one was playing XBOX while the other was getting high out of his mind with his dab pen. This place is LITERALLY the worst hotel I have ever had the mispleasure of dealing with.

Awful place to spend a night.
This place was in obvious disrepair in every area. The pool was difficult to find and the room was not heated. Neither was the pool. The whole reason we went was to swim and get out of the city a night. There was food and garbage under our bed, the ceiling was cracked. The sliding door had NO LOCK. So anyone could walk in from outside at any time. The breakfast was lackluster and the toaster took like 3-4 times to make the Eggo waffles less soggy from thawing in the case. The only benefit was the price. Buyer beware.
