This property should be reported to the Health Department in Ann Arbor. It is unsafe, dirty and run down. We checked out after our first night. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Travelocity, we would like a refund.

Location to area is good. About best to be said for property. Outside area was neat no debris. Building very old, showing very distinct signs or age and should be replaced.

We opened the door to the room to find dirty towels all over the floor and unmade beds. It was 5:50 pm and you are supposed to be able to check-in by 2. The whole building reeked of stale cigarettes. None of the security doors had locks. People were just milling around outside flashing nasty looks. While cars continually circled through the parking lot. Not to mention the abandoned cars with flat tires. It appeared as though it was more of a long term stay place, with the vibe of a halfway house. Even though we were only in the room for 5 seconds and then brought all of this up to the front desk, they refused a refund. This place is ridiculous.

The hallways and room smelled of smoke pretty strongly. There was no drain cap in the bathroom sink and the drain was disgusting. The place was generally dingy and way overpriced. I realize there was an event occurring that weekend but for over $200 a night I expected at least average. We didn't even get that.

Left without even staying one night. My 16 year old daughter didn’t feel safe and the musty/dank smell gave us headaches.

I have seldom stayed in a room as filthy as this! We checked out early on day #2 of our trip and were promptly told that because we didn't book directly with them there would be no refund. Truly disappointed and have never had such a negative experience with a hotel booked through Travelocity.

Didn't notice the blood all over the bathroom wall until getting out of shower, called front desk (from my cell because there was no cord for the room phone) and asked for someone to come clean it. Said no cleaning staff available and he would tell them in the morning. Used a few of their towels and clean up myself. Left early and got back around 3, no cleaning had been done and they hadn't even swapped towels. Again, no one available. My daughter tried to take my son to the pool and the roof was leaking into the water and it was so filthy he refused to get in. Will never stay again and wouldn't even recommend boarding an animal there...run

Check in was fast... And friendly.. However the room was horrible... Rm 150 if full of fruit flies and the carpet was wet upon entry and remained wet the entire time... Its smells awful.. The pools are closed due to covid-19 which is fine... But why was the carpet so wet??? And smelly???
