there was no bar , and the shower didn't work , front desk clerk could care less ,tried giving us free breakfast

Execellent Accomodations

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
The hotel is clean, in good condition and the room was good size and comfortable. Despite being near a mall, I found it quiet, yet convient in location for a business trip. The hotel amenities were very good and the complimentary breakfast was perfect for a family or business person on the run.

My kids loved it!!

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
Excellent hotel. Usually, when you stay at a Holiday Inn Express, you can't go wrong. This was no exception. We were right off I-94 on an access road, but the hotel was still relatively quiet. The beds were very comfortable. 4 pillows on each double/queen sized bed. Very clean. The kids had an awesome time in the indoor pool! Breakfast was included in the price and included some hot breakfast items. Very lovely lobby, made you feel like you were in the lap of luxury for an affordable price!

Holiday Inn Ann Arbor July 2010

We had a nice stay at this hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the customer service reps at the front desk were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice too. The hotel is located at the edge of the Briarwood Mall parking lot. I just wish we'd had more time to explore the mall!

we were cared for!

The desk manager did everything she could to make us comfortable, includling upgrading us to a junior suite when we discovered a leak in our ceiling (presumably caused by the AC). We were comfortable, and the room was clean. The breakfast was wonderful!! We were in town for a tour of UM and enjoyed the location of this hotel, right next to the mall, and not far, short driving distance to the U of M. We will stay here again!!!

Good mid value for U of M visit

We stayed here for one night while doing a college visit. It is about a 5 minute drive to campus and right next to a large mall if you forget something.

Have stayed here on several overnight trips to Ann Arbor. Rooms are always very clean. Nice ammentites, without being overpriced.
