Check in at 3, our room was not ready until 6. TV did not work, guy left to get something, never came back, had to call down and tell them to forget it, since we werw going to bed. Did not sleep well, people above us were loud, kids running around, people kept dropping stuff until about 4 am

Dirty room. Used bedding and dirty Hot first floor with no air conditioning Spoiled milk rated poorly and yet, the overall rating didn't reflect my rating--the holiday inn rigged it to be 3 stars. It could be 2 at best

Staff was friendly and courteous bed was comfortable and pillows were great. The only problem was there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and when I called to have some brought to the room it never was brought up had to go down to the front desk to get a semi used roll of toilet paper

This hotel was better then we hoped for

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, great location
Excellent hotel. Great location easy to get to local attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good selection of latest movies on pay per view

Good choice - would come back anytime

Pros: Close restaurants
Very nice comfortable room. Stayed there with my daughter for a Motts hospital appointment - she loved the pool. Great location- close to shopping, UofM, dining choices.
