Rundle Chalets
"After a long day of driving or hiking in the mountains, all you want is to get to a cozy room and a good bed to rest peacefully. Unfortunately, that wasn't what I expected. In my opinion you should furnish each room with beds and furniture in better condition and remove all traces of dust from every ..."

Invermere Inn
"Passed thru for 1 night. Clean, tidy and large which was great. Not fabulous lighting nor mirrors. The location was great - we parked on the street outside! :) Thanks"

Northwinds Hotel Canmore
"The noise is terrible. Maybe just in the first floor. Was woken up every morning by staff and people walking in the hallways. Quiet hours may need to be extended until late morning to actually allow guest the time to sleep in. Most are on holidays and being woken up at 7am each morning was not helpful ..."

Pocaterra Inn and Waterslide
"Don’t be too impressed by the “Mountain View” when booking. It is not guaranteed and seems to depend on availability — and a little bit of luck! We were assured a mountain view, but ended up looking mainly at a construction site. That said, you’re in Banff and there are mountains everywhere, so if ..."

Red Carpet Inn
"Clean, safe, convenient location. Check-in was a little bit confusing with no desk in the hotel, until found sign indicating that check-in was in the next door building. Steps at the front are not accessible but there is a side entrance without stairs. No desk in room."

The Crimson Jasper
"The staff was great, the person at reception was amazing, remembered who we were and that’s impressive considering how many people he sees every day. The location was excellent, both for leaving by car or walking around in the town."

Lake Louise Inn
"NO AIR CONDITIONING! The hotel was great other than the face that this is a "green hotel" meaning there is no air conditioning. I didn't realize this when I booked, or we would have stayed somewhere else. The room was pretty warm during the day and would eventually cool off during the night with the window open. My daughter loved the free put put golf and nightly smores. If you don't mind not having AC or you're going when it is cool outside, I would highly recommend this hotel."
