The hotel was located at an amazing spot facing the mountains. The alpine wing was newly built and the rooms were really good size, the kitchen and the kitchenware provided was very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and reception staff were helpful with providing info on current events happened at Jasper, and places to go for.

Check in was quick and easy. Our room in the Alpine wing (new construction I think?) was spotless and well equipped with a kitchen and basic utensils/dishware. The kitchen suite had a table and chairs as well as a sofa. Bathroom was large and the shower water pressure was good. Bed was very comfortable. It was quiet with a lovely view of the mountains outside the balcony door. We travelled with our pet and it was the perfect place to stay. Staff were efficient and courteous. There is a lot of construction going on in the older part of the hotel but it was not disruptive at all. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend!

Convenient parking and the staff were well organized. The renovated rooms and a portion of the hotel had an appealing mountain-modern look. Once the entire renovation is completed, the hotel will be a serious competitor in the Jasper area.

Thia booking was very disapponting. The room was renovated but there are no amenities on site, the building doors were all left unlocked as the whole building was under construction and they took my payment 3 days before I arrived even though i selected Pay at Property. Staff were nice but building is not ready - toilet ran all.the time as well and TV shut down an hour before checkout.
