Absolutely loved our stay! The amenities were perfect, and the view was truly outstanding—it made our experience even more special. The service was also really great; everyone we interacted with was friendly and attentive, which we genuinely appreciated. The only area for improvement would be the cleanliness in some of the smaller spaces, particularly behind the beds and around the television and kitchen fridge, where things were a bit dusty. With a little more detailed cleaning and possibly some updates like new carpets or refreshed drapes, this place would be even more amazing. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here. We’d happily come back again!

Front desk staff was nice and quick, our rooms were clean but we lacked pillows and towels despite us asking for extra in the special requests. AC is very weak and our room was so hot despite turning down the heat so we had to open the window so we could sleep properly. There are no microwaves in the room and it was a hassle having to go all the way to the lobby to reheat food. Everything else about our stay was okay.

The man at the front desk was personable and generous with his local knowledge. The room was in need of a refurbish. For the price it was disappointing.

The rooms were clean and updated with modern bathrooms with nice accessible shower stalls. Location is far from downtown, so know that if you’re travelling with somebody that has mobility issues it may not be walkable.

Key cards issue but fixed with walk to the office, but no explanation. Room coffee Keireg only produced warmish coffee. Beds comfy and pretty quiet room considering proximity to the RR tracks.
