Absolutely loved our stay! The amenities were perfect, and the view was truly outstanding—it made our experience even more special. The service was also really great; everyone we interacted with was friendly and attentive, which we genuinely appreciated. The only area for improvement would be the cleanliness in some of the smaller spaces, particularly behind the beds and around the television and kitchen fridge, where things were a bit dusty. With a little more detailed cleaning and possibly some updates like new carpets or refreshed drapes, this place would be even more amazing. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here. We’d happily come back again!

The room was fine, although very warm, and we could not cool it off. The bed was fine, but the pillows were very large and uncomfortable. We only saw the office staff at check in and check out, but they were fine.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Starbucks is only a few meters away! Evil Dave’s is a great spot for dinner. Rooms were clean and comfy! Great location to walk anywhere in town.

The hotel is quiet and clean. Make sure you check what you get in your room. Some rooms dont come with a microwave. Good choice for the price. It is a budget friendly option. The pool and hot tub areas are nice. No continental breakfast.

This was my first time staying in Jasper, and I could not recommend the Marmot Lodge enough. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. I am definitely coming back for another stay.
