Overall great experience for the price we paid. Views from hotel are great, away from train tracks and room service was done early part of the day. So, if you are back from skiing earlier, the room is ready for you. Building itself is little older but that was expected. Flooring and washrooms are renovated.

The motel was clean, and the beds were nice, but little details about it was lacking. The calcium encrusted shower wand could be replaced by one from Amazon for $20, there was no peephole or chain on the door, and even though there was a small fridge, there was no microwave! Right now at Canadian Tire, one can purchase a brand new microwave for less than $90! It's little things like this that can make a place feel nice, and not like a bare bones dump. Spend $100 to $150 per room and make it nice, ok?

Great no frills spot for a ski weekend with the kids - fridge/stove made breakfast and meals easy. The hot tub was almost too hot. One note - the hotel was clearly built in the 60's/70's so plan accordingly. The plugs in our room were really far from the bed, so bring your long 9-foot cord to charge your phone!
