"Reason I gave a 4 out of 5 stars was the parking. There is no self park and you need to remember to reserve valet service early enough so you aren't waiting. Driving into the valet service area can also be tricky. When there are many vehicles and one is driving a larger vehicle, it makes it even harder to maneuver around."
