The room was good and clean. It was hard to get onto the internet. The room does not have a safe. It has a water boiler for tea and nescafe coffee. The bed was good and the shower was good. It is convenient for Heathrow terminal 4.

Tommy’s really nice and comfy and Breakfast was amazing. Also, for £6, you take the Heathrow Hotels Shuttle and they drop you in front of the hotel. Great stay.

Convenient to Heathrow and a good price, so that’s ideal. Staff is very helpful and nice. I asked for my room to be cleaned after the second night but it didn’t happen. The salad I got from the restaurant downstairs had a big hair in it.

Great value for money airport hotel. Easy and quick to travel to and from LHR terminals using London buses. Although slightly old fashioned, it is perfectly adequate for an overnight stay if flying out early of transferring overnight.
