As advertised

Exactly as we expected. There are some comments about feeling unsafe in the neighborhood. We didn't get that sense at all.

Cute House

The interior is extremely nice. Plenty of room. The neighborhood is not the best - walk around after dark at your own risk. The walk to the historic district is not bad, as long as you do it in broad daylight. Finally, be careful if leaving the house by car - the neighbors alternate which end of the alley they park in and block off.

Lovely Little Home

We had a great experience overall here when my wife, 4 year old daughter, and I stayed here. Very clean home with almost all of the amenities you could want. Did have some slight issues with pulling my car in/out of driveway in the alley due to other neighbors and where they parked, but still manageable. Plus you are within walking distance to all the attractions downtown. Would highly recommend!

Great Bungalow, Fabulous Location

We really enjoyed staying at this immaculately clean house. It was the perfect size for us. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, small deck out back and nice front porch with a swing. Best part was that it was dog friendly and in walking distance to downtown (a short comfortable walk). We highly recommend.

Economic extended stay in Wilmington.

Way better than hotel living for extended stays In Wilmington. I likes parking right next to front door and being able to cook and do laundry without leaving the property.

Great home close to historic Wilmington!

My husband, daughter and I enjoyed staying at this home. My daughter lost her place to stay due to Florence. We loved the house. It had everything we needed. We loved being able to walk down to the waterfront for dinner or shopping as well as the beer and wine festival. Sometimes parking was a little tight but that was usually because someone parked on one side of the house that was supposed to be for us.

Well furnished and extremely convenient to downtown Wilmington

This property is very cozy and well equipped. It is extremely comfortable with all the amenities anyone would need for a short or extended stay. We've been there twice and are already looking forward to our next trip to Wilmington. We will definitely stay there if it's available. Kitchen is well stocked and plenty of condiments in the fridge. Plenty of silverware and crockery. Bottom line, we love this place!

Great Location to downtown.

It was a nice stay. Everything was clean, the house was easy to get into. Parking is a little tricky but nothing to be worries about. The area is very nice to walk around with sidewalks taking you by tons of historical homes. Very easy access to downtown and other areas near Wilmington. I definitely recommend this home. Thank you!

Great Stay

We had a great time staying at this property. It's a litter further from Front St than I had expected but it was still only a 10 min walk or to get an Uber was only $5 so it wasn't bad at all. House had everything we needed. We would consider staying here again if back in Wilmington.

The house is very cute. It was easy to get into and easy to find. It was bigger than we it would be on the inside. When we go back to Wilmington we would definitely consider staying here again.
