Room was clean. The breakfast staff ladies were rude and not friendly at all. They told customers what they were doing wrong with the self serve breakfast. They kept saying they didn’t want any messes to clean up. These 2 ladies clearly did not enjoy theirs jobs or dealing with the public. The food was not good and had little variety. For this reason only our family will not be back!

The room and bathroom were clean and the receptionist was very nice. For my husbands sake, she put us in an accessible room, which had an excellent shower. The problem was, that employees should be aware of where they place families with very active young children, who wiggle the handle and knock on the adjoining door, and in general are noisy! Probably the biggest problem was the internet! Please get it fixed. We both tried to connect, and when we went to guest, it then directed us to sign in, but every time we got an error message! Went to the front desk this morning and the receptionist told us to go to google and type in marriottwifi.com, but DUH…we can’t get on the internet!! My husband had important emails to send! Other than that, it was a good stay..

Front desk staff were excellent. Attentive, helpful. The room was nicely appointed. The cleaning staff only came once in 3 days and their cleaning was fair at best. The main lobby had an VERY strong air freshener it appeared as if they were trying to cover up something. The breakfast was fair at best.

Best Choice Hotel!

The hotel was perfect for our 18th year anniversary! No complaints at all. The hotel is beautiful inside and outside. The front desk made us fell very welcomed. Our suite was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with a variety to choose from. We even added an additional day! When we visit the area again this hotel will be our choice!
