"Clean room, efficient check-in"

"There was no cable in the rooms. Was not “renewed” was told. That equals not paid to me. And 5.00 per day parking?? For what?? It’s not a highly sought after area.. "

"The gal that checked us in, she said her name was Rhonda, was not workable at all. I reserved a NON- SMOKING room & room 207 smelled terrible. It hurt my throat to breathe. She said there were no other rules and I asked to be refunded and she said no she could not do that. What was weird is I went into the office later in the night time to get a new pillowcase because the pillowcase one of them were filthy& and Emily was working and said that the girl Rhonda should have refunded me. There was no reason that Rhonda said that she could not. It sounds like she was working against Motel 6 policy. Anyways, because of this situation, I will not stay at a motel six again. Thank you, Rhonda"
