"I loved that The room had a kitchenette microwave, fridge, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. I didn’t like that I couldn’t get hot water for tea on the second day and into the end of my stay. Inside the hotel was very clean, however the exterior wasn’t anything to get excited about. The entrance seems like work is being done and there’s a lot of water settled at the entrance. The. Biggest buzz killer for me is that you can’t walk to anywhere the hotel is in an isolated location, i was there on a business trip didn’t get a rental and had grab what needed before going back in or order in."

"The property was okay. For whatever reason registration took forever for each guest. I was in line for 20 minutes at least, which simply didn’t make sense to me. You could see the waterfall pool out the window behind the registration desk, which was a nice view. It was Memorial Day weekend though, and there were a lot of people out there. But, it’s a family style resort, so that wasn’t too much of a bother. Around the property you could tell that there were people who lived there regularly, but that was somewhat to be expected. This is like part timeshare/part hotel. Property looked “lived in”. The suite was more or less what we expected, a little dated, but that wasn’t a priority. However, there were supposed to be two beds in the second bedroom. They put me in a suite with just one bed in the second bedroom. The tub in the second bedroom also had little chips in it, like paint chips missing out of the tub paint. There was a rolled up mat on the tub that, as soon as I saw the condition of the tub, I immediately put the tub mat down. The main bedroom was fine, no issues. Getting out of the resort checking out was a huge hassle. There was no luggage cart available. For the building we were in, apparently there was only one luggage cart, and we checked out on a Sunday which is the main time most people would be checking out. For there to only be one luggage cart was careless on behalf of the hotel. There should be a stall of several luggage cards for each building."
