Property Not In Good Condition

My AC unit was not working and was kept at 68 degrees when my elderly husband is on blood thinners and cannot be in a cold environment. The toilet did not work and I had to call the plumber over weekly to help fix it.

The property is in a very nice and quiet location. The villa was a dump very old, out dated and unkept. The furniture and decor has to be the original everything! Not a comfortable setting at all.

If inwanted to stay at a motel 6 then thats what i would have booked. This place is out dated. The walls in the bathroom were dirty . The whole place just felt very very old. Not a luxurious stay like they claim it is. And the voucher they give you for food discount doesnt even get accepted at most of the restaurants. Its a joke.

They gave us a room that had mold around the kitchen sink and the dishwasher handle was broken and the piece on it was sharp I could have cut my hand. They came the next day to fix the issue. They did not offer to change our room. Disappointed
