Check in staff was rude and not helpful. Mattress was so worn the head was downhill so had to sleep with my head at the feet. Pillows were ridiculous. They were small and lumpy so I had to get several and stack them up. Slept 2 hours. Bathroom door barely cleared the toilet and standing room only in the shower, toilet room so could not shower and dress in there. Since I was with my minor son that was a problem. The lounge and eatery had a different menu than was on the card in the room. It was microwaved junk food, most of which was delivered in plastic go boxes! Would not return to this property.

the property was OK. The man at the front counter was very polite when we have to print a email. The lady at check in was ok. Problem was that they charge you with 12 dollars per night for parking plus 1 dollar more for service. When I asked the lady what was the service for she couldn´t tell me. If you enroll their program the parking is free. But if you have reserved through Expedia that doesn´t count. Pretty unfair. Rooms are good. Bathrooms too. Breakfast ok nothing spectacular. Area you have restaurants adn a Costco a few blocks.

This hotel was our life saver after we missed our flight because of the hazardous weather. We could have a rest and got another flight home very early next day.

The staff was great! The only recommendation is to stock the little Market that’s in the lobby~ no healthy choices…. Just chips and candy…. The restaurant was closed for President’s Day, and so many of us weren’t planning on spending the night in Denver at all so it would have been great to have better snacks.
