The pool is small and was extremely crowded on a weekend. Probably related but room service trays lined the hallways and were not taken care of during our stay. The breakfast was.great.

We've stayed at this Hotel a handful of times. It's been a couple years since our last visit. Unfortunately its not the same hotel as it was our last visit. My wife and I were hanging out in the main area public area mid afternoon and they were just starting to clean up from breakfast (that ended at 10:00am). The floor needed vacuumed badly, they eventually got around to doing so. However, the employee vacuuming stopped vacuuming when he was about 1/2 finished. My thought was, he was going to take a break. He never came back to finish! We went out to dinner and the floors were still as they were when we left. That is just one example of the lack of attention to cleanliness (not to mention the orange peels outside our room that took 2 days to be picked up). The positive... The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was good as always.

We have stayed here several times. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The hotel rooms are quiet and clean. Love the manager’s reception and the best breakfast buffet with an omelette bar. Close to shopping and things to do. Wish they had a hot tub, though. We will stay here again!!❤️

Breakfast was delicious but my only problem was your bartender, we went for some drink last night and he was Soooo rude,his attitude to us and we were friendly to him. I don’t know if because we were Latinos or what was his issue with us. We have always stayed at you guys hotels and we have never felt like this with anyone from your staff. Surprisingly impressed with this hotel, breakfast was amazing. Better quality than a restaurant, which is great for a continental breakfast. This hotel is in a whole different class than the rest in the price point. Room was clean and super spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely staying here again next time.
