Fairly clean, found a dead insect on the panel of a/c, a fine needle embedded on the carpet, could have stepped on it, other than that it was clean. I checked in and the front desk was having a hard day and took it out on incoming guests. I would have left but I had my young kids with me and needed to stay. She apologized stating they were understaffed but by all means it was unnecessary. I used laundry services but 1 dryer wasn't working and no sign on it, wasted time and money, and the credit card reader was not working, hard getting change.
