Nice hotel, but you will need to be sure you have a "do not disturb" sign hanging on your door if you plan on sleeping past 8:30am as the housekeeping staff seem to start knocking on doors to service rooms REALLY early in the morning. We stayed 4 nights in a row. Morning of day 1: knock on the door at 8:30am. We told them to come back later as we are still sleeping. When we went out for the day and returned at 5:30pm, the room had not been made-up. We had to call the desk and have them come do the room. Day 2: no knock this time, but after going out for the whole day and returning at about 3:30pm, the room had not been made up. Called the front desk to inquire as to their crazy room cleaning policy. Was told they would investigate and talk to housekeeping. We asked for clean towels for the night as it was late. Maid brought towels, and spoke to us about the problems. She told us they would make sure to do things different the next day. Day 3: Knock on the door at 8:30am again!!! Told the maid to come back later. Called the front desk to complain--to the manager this time. He apologized profusely and compensated us for our trouble (or so we were told). Day 4: We put out the "do not disturb" sign at 7am and no knocks. However when we went to check out, the "credits" that we were told about the night before were NOT on our folio. Had to explain all of the above AGAIN to the people at front desk. Overall nice hotel, but they really need to learn how to manage

With the change of seasons the air system was not automatically switching from AC to Heat, when I called at 10:30pm there was a maintenance person at my door within 5 minutes who resolved the issue quickly. I liked the option to forgo room service for a $5 spending credit (even though it was limited what you could spend it on)

Broken thermostat, poor customer service!

We heard good things about this hotel and expected a good nights rest with good service. Instead of a good nights rest we were up all night tossing and turning because the rooms air-conditioner did not work at all and the room was scorching hot even with the window open. We reached out to the staff complaining about the room and the only thing we were told was we're sorry to hear about that we will look into that. We were in Colorado for a medical appointment and needed a good rest instead we arrived at our appointment very tired and unable to focus.

Overall nice

We did not spend a lot of time wandering the hotel's grounds as we were only there for one night - arriving at dinner and leaving early in the morning. The restaurant options onsite ranged from about $12 for a meal in the pub and up from there. We were told the $12.99 "resort fee" was for internet, the shuttle, and the coffee/tea in our rooms. The only place where I was able to get all bars for the internet was in the lobby. In the halls and rooms, I mostly had 1 bar for the internet connection. That was annoying since we had paid "extra" for it. There was only one choice of tea in the rooms (earl gray). Again annoying since it was part of the extra charge. There were 4 wedding parties at the hotel that night and we were woken up 2-3 times in the night by people returning to their rooms very loudly (we couldn't hear people in the rooms next door or above us, but people in the hall were very easy to hear). Overall it was a nice facility (a little outdated, but well maintained and clean), the bed was very comfortable, the room was comfortable and clean. The "resort fee" seemed like a way to just add money to the room rate without adding value to the stay as the services charged for are not above and beyond any 3-3 1/2 star hotel that does it for free (except for maybe the shuttle, which we didn't need). We stayed on a great deal through hotwire.com, so I didn't feel badly about the stay for the price we paid.
