Only one night stay. Shuttle was efficient and on time. Breakfast was typical. Appreciated that it started at 6:00 am so we could partake before our early flight. Room was clean. No issues. Also, nothing to earn 5 starts. I'd stay here again for sure.

Check pool before trying to get in it

Pool was ice cold when telling front desk they said it was a maintenance issues. Needless to say the 4 day stay no use of pool. Very disappointing booked for pool use.

The front desk staff and airport shuttle driver were excellent! The shuttle driver made a great effort to check with people at the airport pickup location to make sure anyone looking for the van to Quality Inn(amongst many hotel vans)was found. The front desk person did her best to provide early check in for early arriving guests from the airport . The hotel was quiet and clean. The only reason I would give it 4 stars, not 5, was the breakfast area was overwhelmed with guests in the morning, could use more food and more seating.We would definitely stay here again!

Didn’t like the shuttle service, need more than one shuttle for 3 properties and more frequency… also the shuttle did not pick up at the airport where they say it is suppose to between doors 510 and 512… it stopped right at the beginning picked up people and bypassed all the people in the correct place. I had to get a Uber.. I picked the hotel based on the shuttle.

Watch out for the bait and switch.

They tell you on page one that everything is included...But when you check in they make you pay for parking. If you say everything...it should be everything. Parking a car should be included in their fees. It's absolutely stupid stupid stupid to charge for parking at a hotel like this. We will not stay again at any property that baits and switches their customers. If its not included than put it on page one ,not half way back in the listing. I feel completely cheated and lied to.

As someone staying in different hotels every month, I never have experienced paying $550 for this hotel. I knew the hotel was 2.5 stars, but this one was on another level. Please look at the photos, I was not even able to sleep on the bed. Had to out a towel down on bed to sit. After leaving the hotel I got fungus on my skin and had to seek medical treatment. I begged Expedia to help me change the hotel, at the very same day I checked in. Expedia told me after a month they couldn’t help even after seeing the condition, and offered me $50 in their virtual money, and believe it or not, I have not been able to get hold of the manager even on the phone, for the past two months. This is another level of unprofessional and disregard for basic minimum sanitation.

Your decision

First and foremost, this hotel isn't the worst, or even bad for that matter. Rooms are decently sized, nothing fancy. They do not have room service unless you request, which is odd but not a deal breaker. If you're staying longer you might want to request, because the one 1ft trash can in the room will maybe only hold a to-go box. The complementary breakfast is decent, nothing fancy once again, but sufficient. They do charge for parking. Again, odd. They have a VERY strict check out time. Will send someone to go bang on your door to question you at 11:01. Dont expect any hospitality. But if you just need a place to stay for a night. Roll the dice.
