Hanzala was great, professional and offered us a room upgrade as soon as he saw we had our older sons with us. Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown by IHG
Nice clean room but the lighting was too low. They need brighter lights in the room. Also we were informed there was a parking lot adjacent to the hotel but when we arrived there was no parking lot except a garage across the street.
