First room we checked into was not clean. Bed was made but crumbs on floor and bed, dirty pillowcase. After reporting we were immediately switched to a different room which was clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows are flat. Pool was a great temperature and location is great.

Make sure you pack all your belongings. I forgot two pairs of airpods under my pillow. I called the hotel the same day I checked out and was told nothing had been return by housekeeping.

Got charged for a cancellation that I was told they wouldn’t charge me for. It’s been 4 days and every time myself or hotels.com called they say the manager isn’t in. The hotel itself was awesome but the customer service from management has be less than desirable.
