great location. lobby is very spacious and nice. there was always an elevator ready to go up. room was nice and spacious. no wardrobe. no view. the bathroom was old and lack shelves. we had an issue with hot water, it was most of the time slightly warm and not hot.

Hotel does not look like the photo on the site. Definitely a little disappointing. I received an email to ask if I wanted to upgrade to a higher level, but the only view from the higher level is the Massachusetts General Hospital, not the city.
