"The check in staff are fabulous. We have stayed here many times and just love the evening crew. In addition to the location, the rooms, happy hour, pool and breakfast are all top notch. This being said, on this stay the check out clerk in the morning was a different story. Rude and abrasive. Hopefully this was a one off and next time will be back to its stellar reputation. Will report the experience to management. "

"A beautiful well maintained property for my visit to Santa Barbara. Within walking distance to Funk Zone, State street, wharf , restaurants and beach. Staff were cheerful and helpful upon arrival. They offered a happy hour and a nice small continental style breakfast. The pool was heated which was nice since the temps were on the chilly side for myself. In room safe, ironing board, fridge and we even had robe's. I highly recommend staying here."
