"I needed a hotel room for my daughter's graduation from UCSB. The Clocktower Inn in Ventura was a 30 minute drive from the campus and half the price of hotels located in Santa Barbara. My room was small, but very clean and nicely appointed with a comfortable bed and a nice hot (!) shower. An added plus was my room at the corner of the property so I had windows on both the north and east side of the room (#224). The staff were welcoming and warm, and they served a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereals, juices, coffee, etc. I would definitely stay there again."

"Our standard king room was well back from busy Route 1 in Oxnard. Quiet, clean, modestly furnished and value priced. It did what it needed to do after a long day in Ojai. Bed was comfortable but felt like there was maybe a plastic cover over the mattress. Bathroom was clean. Single sink in a long vanity outside the shower/bath combo. We did not have breakfast or coffee but public area looked clean and comfortable. For a one night stay arriving late and leaving early it met our needs. If staying longer, bring your own toiletries (we always do) and request more towels. Plenty of parking available and we were able to park right outside our room after arriving at 11 pm."
