Disappointed by the way the manager lacks professionalism. I honestly believe he has racism motivating his actions. He/she (I don’t know all information was conveyed by staff and Manager would not correspond directly with customer) Claimed I was placed on a DNR list from a stay two years ago because my eyeliner pencil fell in the drain… really like that’s intentional .. moreover why wouldn’t you have a sink stopper or drain screen to prevent this. I don’t recall any of this and it may have been the person who stayed prior to me or after me. Lastly, this DNR was only executed after I had stayed over 1 week without incident or complaint. I work as a physician at the local hospital (every six months to assist) so I was hardly ever there that’s why this is so disheartening as I know it’s false. Professionals speak to the person and allow the opportunity for it to be remedied, only after making certain that the allegations are being made against the correct person. Because I am the only black person I saw staying on this property the entire time I was on this property and I am the only one that was given a hard time based off of something that supposedly happened over two years ago it is hard for me to fathom any other reason for this besides the race. I have explained this matter to the concierge at the hospital and firmly suggest they not refer this property to any family members or visitors that are looking for lodging.

Yes room felt neglected. Towels were stain and bedroom was dirty. People were noisy above us. Lights kept going on and off. Some lights didn't even work. No plugs for phone charger.
