We were planning on staying the month. We last a night. We had graffiti in our rooms. The best part is seeing a $150,000 S63 in the parking lot (pimp?). If you are up to no good this is the hotel for you. If your with your family run don’t walk. Not kid safe or friendly.

I visit this hotel before but this time I was shock with the conditions hallways dirty cigarrete buts all over, dirty spots, beverage spills, debries, paper and other items. The non smoke rook had cigarrete but on the flor, baseboard full of dust, carpet dirty and wet, bathroom floor sticky and dirty had to use a towel to clean a little, inside shower was also dirty and frame complete ruty, AC filters complete dirty. TV no channels, had a sign to download my own apps or to use my personal account. Called the office and was told maybe the connections did not work and to use my personal TV account. The faucet had to play with it to shot off the water

You have a need to attract a better crowd. I didn't enjoy my stay at the location this time . The Walls in the room and restroom were dirty with things smeared on the walls only God knows what they did. Graffiti engraved in the walls and The sad part is that it's not the properties fault they're working on the rooms but with the tough crowd that rolls through you are more than likely going to do what I do most days and that's leave six hours after you check in. I am not even sure my room was cleaned as they tried to enter the room after I had checked in. They're usually better than this as my experience there is usually better.

Property is in a great location! Just needs some tender loving care! I recommend a meeting room where people can gather. So they won’t do it in your Parking lot where it may cause fear to others. And I recommend a deposit with each stay for any damages made to your rooms. I also recommend a good cleaning crew to clean the outside. I had a clean room and I slept very comfortable! So I was happy! Overall I had a good night!

Your hotel room was well kept and clean. The beds were comfortable. I had a good night sleep. I do feel you need a better cleaning crew for the outside of the hotel and a meeting room where people can gather and spend time together and not in your parking lot where it can cause fear to others. But over all I had a restful peaceful night. Your hotel is old but it can be a very nice hotel with a little work into it! I recommend a deposit for any damage to your rooms so if they smoke or damage the room. You keep the deposit! This way you will have nice rooms all the time. Just a suggestion!
