Cute hotel in central location.

Great location, close to the beach and 6 minutes to downtown. The wine and cheese reception they have daily is great. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We didn't go into the pool but it looked very clean.

Great Experience

Pros: Hotel offers wine and cheese at certain times and two bottles of water each night. On the first night we got a free bottle of champagne in the room!
Cons: Wine all the time in the lobby! Haha. I know thats unlikely but during the evenings would be cool! On the other hand the milk and cookies were great!
Location: Right next to the beach! Cant beat that!
Great customer service from the Staff, especially Peter. Great at providing us with information and offered us all the amenities that came with the hotel! Definitely will be staying here again.

Birthday Trip

I promised my wife an in-room massage for her birthday in our Santa Barbara trip. I called and asked how large were the rooms and who they would recommend. I was given the name of the person who " does this all the time." When we arrived, we had to cancel the massage because the room was a bit larger than a closet with no room for a massage table. I contacted the front desk and they  could not identify anyone who would have given me that information. The jacuzzi, if you can call it that, (room for 2.5 people) did not open until 9am (really?) The rest of the stay was "nice" We were not impressed and will not use this facility again

Noise, traffic, noise, dated

This hotel was right on a busy road and the traffic can heard inside your room. The room was somewhat dated with the bathroom needing a complete overhaul. The walls are thin and every time someone below or near the room on the same floor closed a door my room shook. The breakfast was boxed cereal, plain cake, and apples/oranges: not hardly what a b&b should offer. You can stay at better places in the area for the same money or less. If you can sleep through loud traffic and banging doors, this is your place.

Noise, traffic, noise, dated

This hotel is right on the road, you can hear the noise in your room, the bathroom is very dated and dull, the breakfast is boxed cereal, plain cake, and apples and oranges. The walls are thin and you can hear doors closing below and next you, the room shakes. The staff is friendly. Look for another place nearby unless you enjoy lound traffic and slamming doors.

Great Stay

This Inn is very charming, decor is nice, staff is terriffic! Gardens are lovely, two blocks from the harbor with restaurants. Wine and cheese at night and fresh breakfast in the morning. We will come again soon.
