Great customer service. They made a last minute getaway special and they offered great personalized service. Their cocktail hour was a pleasant break in the day. Highly recommend taking advantage of their free bike rental especially being so close to the beach and the pier. The rooms are overall clean and very spacious. Loved our stay and will be back again. The pool and jacuzzi were in great condition and they offer a nice gym on site too. Just wish the jacuzzi was a tad bigger (only fits 6) but overeall great getaway.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. There was covered parking. Amenities were great, with wine and cheese happy hour the day we arrived and continental breakfast in the morning. The gym is very small, pool and jacuzzi was good. Room was clean!!

We loved our 2-night stay. The rooms are very large for the price you pay. You are only a few minutes walk from a lot of great restaurants, as well as the beach. We also enjoyed using the hot tub.

Would definitely stay here again! The location is very convenient. The beach, restaurants, and shops are a short walk away. The hotel also has bikes available for guests. The property is clean and well kept. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The pool is heated. We took advantage of the jacuzzi. We enjoyed the free happy hour and the free breakfast. Hope to stay longer next time.

Well this is an older building, the location is a few blocks from the beach. The staff was very personable and welcoming when I arrived.

Clean rooms and bathroom, in wall key safe, quiet place, other than no water gutter pipes to move the water thru the pipes, heavy rain all u hear is a waterfall from the gutters, electric car charger, one car at a time. Breakfast very limited. Walking distance to wharf, downtown about 15 minute walk. If u want quiet, this place is it.

How amazing our stay is. Arron at the front desk gave us a very warm welcome, and recommended some good places to visit in Santa Barbara. The hotel has amazing view, beautiful garden, and really nice pools. Our room is clean and spacious too. We love this hotel and will definitely come back in the future!👍❤️
