"Staff was super nice, room was clean. Pool could be cleaner, hot tub was kind of gross. Would not stay here again as hotel was full of drunk college students. Also felt nickel and dimed that parking, beach chairs and bikes cost extra. No water fountain for refilling water bottles. Expensive for not much. Room was totally fine and comfortable though and pretty well sound insulated with the fan on. Great location "

"Pet friendly environment and attentive staff. Room sizing is way smaller than pictured. Could have been a bit more clean, although the rooms are dog-friendly, but there was stains all over the walls underneath the desk and near coffee maker. "

It’s the kind of space that makes you want to slow down and actually enjoy where you are. And the location couldn’t be better. It’s right in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara, surrounded by cafés, bakeries, wine bars — all just steps away."
