I just think it was significantly over priced for the provided room. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable hard cheap mattresses I've been on. Loud and squeaky. The ac unit was loud. Upstairs guests loud, but that's not really a hotel issue. Fees were crazy and not listed prior. 60$ for parking plus 60$ for amenities that you don't even use. I would go to the ritz next time.

The hotel is beautiful. Location is perfect. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it. We had the king size bed and literally melted to sleep, it was so comfortable.

The room was beautiful, and the hotel is in a great location. We got an early check-in, always nice. Lots of restaurants in the area. Easy walk to the wharf and beach. Going the opposite direction on State St., you come to the busy area of State St. Further on down (10 min. drive), you come to lower State St. with a calmer vibe of restaurants and shops. Wish we had been able to stay longer.
