Supermarkets and shops are walking distance, also a variety of food options. The people at the front desk could be trained better, and the online system that offered to check out virtually was not good. It still required me to go to the front desk and talk to the grumpy woman to finish the check out process.

The room was miles away from reception and from the lift. The man who checked us didn’t explain things properly and we ended up having to carry our suitcases up stairs. There were full rubbish bags all around the site. No information regarding breakfast or holding deposit. Man on reception sullen and didn’t seem to know what he was doing.

Wow this place is terrible

Door to room does not close on its own, needs to be confirmed shut. Door won't close in bathroom Mini fridge is in the bathroom area Dirty AF carpet - I had to wash my feet, they were as dirty as if I had been walking around outside barefoot Low water pressure in shower Dirt on walls Stained towels Stained sheets Broken room fixtures Ancient AC unit I don't know how this place has good reviews. I booked based on those reviews and it was a w f u l

This usually is a good place to stay. It has an elevator convenience and a nice classy restaurant in the hotel. This place is generally quiet but Nice view of patio until loud boom box party in next room ruined it. Bathroom light went out even after they sent maintenance. We were moved to a quieter area but the garden view was blocked by a building wall. It was a nice accommodation and staff seemed friendly. But because of the need to move away from the roudy people and get a different room and the courtyard midnight gabbing, and bad light that didn't get fixed, I gave 4 stars. The new room was nice and quiet so that was great. The staff was polite and did what they could to accommodate. We will return here again.

Room I paid for wasn’t honored

I asked for pool view room but wasn’t accommodated. I realized it until it was late that I had garden view because I got into hotel late. The front desk took long to even get me a room because employee was new and no one else was around to help. I asked about the room situation being changed and the girl said she didn’t know for sure I was charged more but that a garden view room was the same price as the pool view which made no sense since you pay more for pool views. I wouldn’t stay here again, unfortunately the place was conveniently down the street from activities on state street.

Can't imagine that it's much more better than what we expected. The amenities provided are so good and you can enjoy your trip quitely and comfortably. The staff are extremely helpful and very willing to give you recommendation when you need. Highly recommend to your family trip.
