I stayed for one night and think I found my new fave for Santa Barbara area! Convenient to the beach and the walking path, quiet room (off freeway), and nice staff. Good price for area. When I checked in, I had booked through hotels.com and originally I was assigned a small queen room in an alcove with a tiny exterior window-- but the front desk staff was extremely accommodating and pivoted to a room with high ceilings and a wonderful pool view and lots of exterior light. Grateful for that -- I know what room to ask for next time (19). This made my trip so much more enjoyable! I would absolutely return, and also appreciated the breakfast treat (coffee, yogurt, and a muffin). I can't wait to try the bikes and hot tub next time.

The hotel was fine in terms of looks, location, price. My qualm is the noise. People stay at these small, cheap hotels to SLEEP. Instead my friend and I got ZERO SLEEP. We stayed in room 2 and starting at 12 AM , there was something going on in the room above us. At first I thought it may be guests but no, it was the hotel doing renovations. I’m appalled that they 1. wouldn’t notify us of this upon check in 2. give us a room that is not directly underneath it. These floors were so thin we heard whatever work boots they had on all clacking on the floors all night long, at one point they were dragging things around the room, they had music going. It was actually wild. What’s crazier is the fact that they were still working when we decided to leave the hotel in the morning around 9am. Once again though, our second night, they started renovations again. Another issue I had was at check-in. I accidentally gave the lady my name (cause I thought I used my name to book) and instead of saying she didn’t have me in the system she tried to check me in as someone with the same first name but different last name. Turns out it was under my friends name but I thought that whole encounter was weird.

The room was great. Very clean, but that wasn’t the best part of the stay. The lady at the front desk was amazing! So nice and helpful for our stay. The rest of the staff was on par as well. Would recommend this place to all my friends and family! 5 stars!

Cute and cozy place to stay, great Location next to the beach. The only complaint I have it is the TV service. Internet was horrible wasn’t able to enjoy anything on TV.

I had a pleasant stay at Pacific Crest Hotel. The room was spotless, and the location was fantastic. We had a minor hiccup with late check-in, as the staff had left by 9pm, but they were helpful over the phone, making it easy. Incase of late check in make sure you call them up and clarify the checkin process. The only improvement would be the food services, but overall, I’d definitely recommend it!

Staff was kind, room was overall nice clean and looks new overall, if I’m coming for a short trip I would stay again. Parking can be tough in the evening, there aren’t really enough spots and you may have to park on the street which is not something I like as I have small children. As long as you are used to staying in renovated small hotels and not 5star hotels this place is great, and overall better than most. I’ll be back!
