The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The exercise room was an unexpected and much appreciated surprise, but it would be even better with a chin-up and dip bar

Smelly, dirty.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: dirty, smelly
I normally stay at Hilton properties and have had great experiences at Hampton Inn (Baltimore Inner Harbor at Camden Yards...great Hampton Inn) but this place was a total dump. The hallways smelled, the elevator was filthy, the furniture was old and felt sticky, the mini-fridge smelled and was dirty. I left and went to the Candlewood Suites next door for the same price.

Not the quality I expected from a Hampton Inn

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, friendly staff
Cons: Poor breakfast, currently under repairs, loss of internet service
The main lobby was going under extensive repairs which we were not made aware of. My family made reservations and arrived very late and were not able to get the accommodations they had requested. The hallways were not air conditioned, the beds very lumpy and uncomfortable. "Hot" breakfast meant microwaved meals. The pool area ran out of towels. Half the vending machines did not work properly. The staff was very friendly, but I don't think they were on top of things.

Very friendly staff and great location.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
We have stayed at this hotel several times and have been very pleased. We left a phone charger in the room and it was turned in and is being mailed to us. The some of the staff remember us and always stop to say hello. We feel very comfortable during our stay.

Very happy with stay

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Stayed here and at the Sleep Inn a few blocks down on successive trips. Given a choice I would stay here, due to the softer beds, and free "breakfast." Otherwise properties are pretty similar.
