I always stay at Edsa Shangrila for the convenience and service , but this trip they haven’t fully paid much to cleanliness especially the bathroom otherwise their service , surroundings of the hotel are always presentable to the guests

The drain from the room above could be heard everytime they flushed the toilet, and there was a really bad smell in the toilet area, I think it was coming from the drain hole. The refridge did work, it was hot, it never got cold, my food got spoiled. The breakfast buffet is good, service isn’t as on point as the other hotels. Overall a cheap stay, at an OK hotel."
