The staff are some of the most friendly, accommodating, and professional I’ve encountered in my 50 plus years of travel abroad. I cannot say enough about how hard they work to ensure a welcoming and comfortable stay. The hotel is impeccably clean, well located in the entertainment district of Manila, and yet the rooms are completely soundproofed and some have great views of Manila bay. The blackout curtains are designed to overlap each other so folks from all parts of the world can adjust to the new time zone with minimal effort. I’ve never slept so well in a hotel than here. The beds are very comfortable and climate controls are excellent and fast to adjust. The staff get to know you quickly, thus making your stay even more comfortable and welcoming. The room charges are very reasonable considering the first class treatment you will receive. My advice is to book your stay here and make this your home base. You will not regret it! The hotel was beautiful. The staff were kind and attentive. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. We ordered room service and the food was delicious. We had a wonderful stay here. The staff arranged to have a welcome treat for us since we were celebrating an event on this vacation. We only stayed one night and picked the hotel because it was close to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel from Mall of Asia, the airport, and Okasda Casino is amazing. Getting around Manila can be a pain but the location was proper and so quick. Took 8mins to get to MOA. We booked the hotel hoping to get the free shuttle. But if you want it you need to be standing there at least hour before their pick up time to possibly get on. We had adjoining rooms. Both well kept, however one smelled musty. They immediately tried to fix it, changing bedding and adding a purifier but the smell still lingered. Only one of the two rooms smelt. The main entrance smell is a pungent floral. If you can’t hand scents or have allergies to smells I do not recommend staying here. The staff were amazing and helpful. Had drinks and snacks in the evening. Front desk staff and bellhops were excellent. We didn’t eat the breakfast buffet but checked it out to see what they were offering. So many options. Totally worth the cost!

This is my third visit. Wonderful hotel and impeccable service. Dex and Nalon in the restaurant were attentive and friendly. Chris at the Lobby Bar is amazing. I'll definitely return again. However, when I check in, I wish the front desk knew that I was a returning guest and treat me accordingly. Rather than re-explaining everything as if new. It would be great if they had benefits for loyal customers and just automatically make us members.
