Forgot items of clothing in closet and called within 24 hr. Front desk person said they had not cleaned room and would collect them. Then said they never found them. I called 5 times and was polite every time. I know leaving items was my fault however the staff keeping a pair of jeans blouse and sweater to me is very unprofessional."
