"No hairdryer in many rooms. No hot water first morning. Second morning no water. Office chair in room had almost no leather coating on it anymore. Difficult getting clean towels when asked. Pool area was under construction or falling apart…unsure which."

"This hotel is rundown, poorly maintained and dirty. The first room they put in had a hair in the shower, on the bathroom floor and on the sheets. There was food on the floor, a broken lamp in the corner and a blind that wouldn’t go up. Not to mention the smell- terrible! It was obvious the cleaning staff just made the bed and didn’t change the sheets. They moved us to a new room, which was cleaner but still smelled awful and had a poorly functioning AC unit. Our room never got below 75 even with the AC set at 60. The complementary breakfast included hot water that came out brown, a broken decanter for regular coffee so no way to actually get any and so many grounds in the decaf you would have to chew it. I honestly have never stayed at a more disgusting hotel and will never come to this one again. Save your money and sanity and go pick a different hotel!"

"The actual living area in the bedroom was clean enough, but the bathroom, doors, hallways, common areas, and exterior were VERY shabby. Dingy carpet, interior doors with fist-shaped holes, every single room door had gouges, nicks, chipped paint, etc. Continental breakfast was a joke - a basket of donuts and some cereal. There was a pretty pervasive smell of “smoke” throughout the building as well. The bathtub had some kind of patch job that just looked shoddy. The one silver lining was that the staff did what they could. My room initially had a non-functioning AC and they had me switch rooms. Overall I would not recommend this hotel."
