When we got here the front desk lady was rude. I told her that I would like to pay cash for my room she said okay, you can when you check out. I said okay, she then asked me to put my card in the machine for a $100.00 room fee for incidentals. I looked at the key pad and the total was the $100 plus the cost of my room. I told her no I want to pay cash for my room. She said that they will charge my card for the room and the $100, and then I’ll get that money back in 5-7 days. So I would be essentially paying double for my room. So I just let that go and decided to not use my cash. We then got up to our room, the door handle was broken, no phone, the shower floor had a huge crack in it. My husband went down to the counter since we couldn’t call them and they put us in a different room. This room was just as bad. The bathroom door handle wouldn’t turn, the chair ottoman had 2 huge stains on it, and it smelled like a older woman’s perfume. It was nauseating. Our friends that came with us made a reservation on hotels.com for their room and selected a room with a tub. Word for word what it says is a handicap assessable tub. They said after they moved their room to the next floor by us is that none of their king rooms have a tub. Well that sucks. We figured that we couldn’t go wrong with a Holliday inn, but we were definitely wrong this time!! I will it be back to this hotel. It is old, not updated, and dirty.

I liked that they had restaurant open to eat in until 10 pm what i didn't like was that i dont think they cleaned our room thoroughly because we didnt have any tissue on either rolls the shower seat had stains on them from them not cleaning besides bad housekeeping i really enjoyed my sray

I called ahead to let the hotel know we would be a late arrival, around midnight. They assured me my two rooms were reserved and together. When we checked in we did get two room numbers that looked like they should be together, but were not. (We need two room for the six in our family). Both our rooms were connecting rooms, just not to each other. One of our rooms was connected to a party room. The weed smell was strong coming under the connecting door. We were told they couldn’t have us move rooms. In the morning we discovered we had only two towels, one of which was dirty (clump of hair folded into The towel). Very disappointed. Won’t stay here again.
