The front desk lady was very nice and friendly. She greeted everyone with a smile. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and they had a nice variety. The hotel was located in a good area close to restaurants and shopping. I would stay again.

This time the experience was disappointing. I found bed bugs in the bed, the sheets were stained with blood, I requested cleaning service twice and they never came to clean the room. I'm sure it was my last visit to the hotel, I won't go back there. The room smelled horrible and the pillows smelled terrible too, It's a shame that the reviews don't allow uploading images because I have pictures of the stained sheets and the bed bugs I killed in the bed. The experience was awful. I recommend a good fumigation service for the rooms.

Lot wasn’t really plowed so parking was hard. Steps and walkways to the doors wasn’t salted covered in ice. People in room across from me was super loud arguing loud yelling. Shower wasn’t draining properly
