We are checking the hotel floors constantly, we are working very hard to catch the people smoking in our rooms and have asked them to leave the property.

I am sorry you feel this way, we do our best to take care of our guest and do to Covid we will take care of our rooms at the guest request, we will not just enter a room as some guest do not feel comfortable with anyone in there room during there stay.
