While i understand this wasn't a 5 star hotel, it was pretty disappointing. Our room never got cleaned, we never got fresh towels, the toilet seat was broken and at times our door wouldn't fully close because the latch was loose. The hall outside our room smelled strongly of weed at all times. Kids yelling and playing in the hall. The outside locked doors were always blocked open for anyone to walk in, posing security issues. Shady looking people walking around at night in the parking lot. Would not go back.

We are checking the hotel floors constantly, we are working very hard to catch the people smoking in our rooms and have asked them to leave the property.

Tired worn out property. Poorly maintained. Stayed 3 nights and the room was not serviced once. Would never go back or recommend.

I am sorry you feel this way, we do our best to take care of our guest and do to Covid we will take care of our rooms at the guest request, we will not just enter a room as some guest do not feel comfortable with anyone in there room during there stay.

When you pay for a room and then advise them of late arrival - you shouldnt get there to find out they gave your room away - we paid for 2 queen beds ended up with a king and a full size sofa bed which was very uncomfortable - then had to call twice for bedding and pillows and expected us to make bed ourselves - then when o complained was told I could stay at a different hotel- we were here because my grand daughter was having brain surgery and we reslly didnt need the aggravation

Free breakfast was very good. The beds were lumpy, springy, and hard. I didn’t sleep very well. The rooms could have been cleaner but acceptable.
