we had a three night stay,the morning of the third day our room was ramd-sack, Everything we had in the room was put into trash bags including over 1,200,00 in medication & insulin.We had an agreement with the afternoon desk clerk for our room not to disturbed or cleaned. For each of those days, we put the do not disturb sign on the door when we left the room. There is no excuse as to why this happen. This was a major mistake on the part of management and people will be made known..

Definitely not the cleanest Hotel. However it was late and I didn’t feel like paying a fortune for a room for seven hours so the amenities didn’t really matter to me. And it was cheap. The only saving grace was that the bed was actually really really comfortable

Pool area was cold and the water not heated well. They said no way to turn up heater. I REALIZE it a low cost hotel so it was what we paid for.

Dirtiest place ever

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything.
Room wasn't clean (hair on bathroom walls, tub disgusting, phone labeled for different hotel at different address, phone had gunk all over it), wall plugs didn't work, no fire emergency details posted as required by law, elevators dirty with torn floor, hotel staff wouldn't even let me check out early, WiFi did not work and was offered no resolution. Would never recommend this place!

a last choice hotelFurniture was clean

Pros: We did like the comfortable beds and clean bedding.Loved the Bathroom setup. mall right across from hotel
Cons: Need to better prepare staff for all problems Quests encounter from leaks to things not working to fire ,ect...Better handicap accessible entranrances
Location: Two light houses.Food Was hit or miss places closed down.Try the Rice Wok 10 thumbs up!Mr. Burger not so good.Local Farmers market Food truck awesome!
i am a disabled person traveling on oxygen upon checkin we learned there was only one elevator located near lobby.problem with that was it is at one end of the hotel and our room was at other end of the Knights Inn,which did have a separate entrance .All stairs!!!Which both options made it rather hard to get the o2 machine and spare tanks to the room.the entrance with the stairs was totally and utterly disgusting.It appeared as though it had not been cleaned in weeks.There was dirt,dust and trash,and cobwebs everywhere in the foyer.I am sure the hand rails on stairs had never been washed down.Entering room things looked ok.Husband tried turning on tv with remote,nothing.We turn it on with out Big Pain.He took remote to front desk,they took it to back returned back told him it was good:asked changed batteries,reply yes.We tried remote,nothing.Returned to front desk all they would say remote is good ,no help gave up ,decided not to use remote .The refrigerator did not work at all.Checked plug and controls but it still did not work.Front desk told me nothing they could do.We had a cooler and luckily the ice machine was nearby.The room was somewhat clean.Underneath beds was not vacuumed ,spiderwebs on ceilings and top of window needed cleaning. Furniture was clean but could have used a real good polishing.Later tried to use my laptop in the room I got the prompt for entering a code and password the first time.Second try got pop-up for admin&password.went to front desk.No help.

Should have listened to the reviews...

This hotel was not as bad as I thought it was going to be, but I would definitely not recommend or stay again. The girl at the desk was horrible. So SLOW! Waited 30 min the first day just to check in with one person ahead of us. Our keys didn't work the second night and when I went to the desk I waited another 30 min because she was on the phone. There was a guy ahead of me and a woman behind me. The guy told me he had been there an hour already.
